Description:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Takes ownership of calls by investigating, researching, and resolving various questions regarding client health concerns • Provide real-time resolution to beneficiaries wherever possible. • Answer all customer calls and related queries with courtesy. • Follow up customer complaints, where necessary. • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution • Take the extra mile to engage customers • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices • Able to research required information using available resources. • Must possess excellent communication skills and fluent in English language. Required Qualification: • Intermediate (minimum) • With good verbal and written communication skills. • Must be Computer literate Required Experience: • Must have at least 1 year experience in medical services Salary: • Negotiable depending on the candidate’s qualification, experience and current market practices
